Solomon Accounting Solutions (Pty) Ltd (Reg. number 2014/216663/07) was established by Elmarie Solomon, a Registered Professional Accountant (SA) (Membership number 25079).
Elmarie Solomon has 5 years experience as professional financial accountant, with the following qualifications and experience.
- BCom (Honors) in Financial Accounting, North West University.
- BCom Degree in Financial accounting, North West University.
- Certified independent reviewer in accordance with the requirements of the companies act 71 of 2008.
- Payroll administrator.
- Managing and implementation of internal audits, and internal control systems.
- Tax registrations, audits, appeals, objections and tax planning and management.
- Statutory audits, registrations and maintaining of statutory records.
- Annual compiling of financial statements, management financial statements, monthly and yearly financial reporting.
- Annual compiling of independent review financial statements.
- Sound knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, ISRE2004 and IFRS for SME’s
- Estate planning.
